I am from out of state and called to see if they can check my battery real quick bc I was having issues. Both the service people told me over the phone it would be 7 days until they can get me in to check it out. Even though a battery check is quick they still refused to help me out. They told me they would have the service manager reach out to me and even he didn’t reach out. Very poor customer service
